AbstractAbout AuthorsReferences
The possibility of using methods of mathematical modeling to optimize the component composition of the raw mixture of organic-mineral concrete, which is more susceptible to the influence of not only technological factors of production, but also the component composition is considered. Man-made materials as sawdust, ground cupola slag, ash from the combustion of peat in CHP plants, liquid glass obtained from the micro-silica are used as the main components of the raw mix. The peculiarity of the research is to use the method of mathematical planning by means of a three-factor three-level mathematical plan B-3, in which the method of specifying the composition of concrete in natural units is replaced by the ratio of components by weight. Applying mathematical models that express the dependence of the properties of lightweight concrete on a variety of conditions, it is possible to obtain the optimum combination of components and properties of light concrete. The combinations of components of organic-mineral concretes, which can be recommended for practical use have been obtained; the dependence of the strength of concrete on the moisture content of wood filler was specified and the mechanism of interaction was explained. The possibility of expanding the raw material base of organic-mineral concretes by replacement of the smelter slag and ashes from coal combustion with ash from the combustion of peat is presented.
