The article considers the issue of lack of some initial parameters of conducted experimental studies and their published results in the course of the subsequent scientific analysis of data. Methods for the definition of technological parameters – determination of the strength grade of concrete according to the available data about average prism strength of concrete in the arbitrary age and definition of permanent coefficients in the formula for long-term elasticity module – are described. An algorithm of calculation is presented
