AbstractAbout AuthorsReferences
A study of the preparation and development of a modified binder on the basis of the use of stillage bottoms (ASD) in the production of aniline was conducted, the technology of modified bitumen manufacturing was developed, the possibility of using modified bitumen for the manufacture of hot crushed asphalt concrete of B type with waste of limestone crushing (ODI) from the local deposits of the Chuvash Republic by replacement of mineral powder, crushed sand by ODI is also considered. Preliminary tests have been carried out. The quantitative and qualitative indicators of the asphalt concrete of B type under laboratory and production conditions, which fully meet the requirements of the current GOST 9128–13 “Mixtures of asphalt concrete, polymer asphalt concrete, asphalt concrete, polymer asphalt concrete for roads and airfields.” are considered. The use of structural material to cover the pavement of logging roads and general-purpose roads provides the reduction in consumption of the binder and in the cost price of asphalt concrete mix.
